We use a variety of trusted global couriers that vary depending on the shipping country. These include DPD, DHL, Swiss Post, Colissimo, AT Post, BPost, PostNL and PostNord. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Trench London is committed to reducing its impact on the environment.

We’ve partnered with couriers that ensure deliveries are carbon neutral; offsetting emissions through initiatives such as electric vans and climate protection projects.

We recognise this is just the start of the mission, as we strive to reduce our footprint.

For security reasons, TRENCHLONDON purchases will require a signature upon delivery. (Update: in response to current Covid-19 situation, our couriers will not ask for a physical signature at this time)

Upon delivery, please make sure that the number of boxes delivered are as stated on the delivery confirmation document, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

Do you gift wrap?

No, but when you shop at TRENCHLONDON.COM all orders will be expertly hand packed in our distinctive, chic, branded boxes. They are designed so that each item will be perfect when you receive it. We are proud to state that all our packaging is recycled and fully recyclable.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, USA, Canada, Brazil, mainland China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, San Marino, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country/region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay vat or local sales taxes.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

We can ship to BFPO addresses via our DHL Delivery service.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

As TRENCHLONDON.COM purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder's registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped. (Update: in response to current Covid-19 situation, you will not be asked for a physical signature at this time)
